Refund policy

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

During busy periods please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange. Please ensure that full details of the garment exchange are detailed on the returns form.

Postage for returns for incorrect sizing will be payable by the purchaser. In the event of a faulty garment please contact us in the first instance.

ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 28 DAYS. UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO EXCHANGE GARMENTS PERSONALISED WITH YOUR LOGO UNLESS THEY ARE FAULTY.

We recommend washing this garment at 40 degrees C.  We recommend washing inside out.  This garment can also withstand household detergents.

To start a return, you can contact us at customerservices@totalclothing.co.uk and complete the returns form in your parcel (if applicable). Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Total Clothing, Botolph Bridge Trading Estate, 9, Oundle Rd, Peterborough PE2 9QP

Delivery  will be charged at your organisations discount rate. Delivery costs will be seen at check out.  Please allow up to 14 days for some orders.  However, we reserve the right to charge additional carriage for overseas or extra large deliveries.

Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of despatch confirmation email, if order is not received to enable us to track your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that due to automation of our order system, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
