1. Can I visit your store?  Absolutely. Our retail store is open Monday – Friday 9am -5pm(Please check the opening hours on the front page of the website for more up to date details. You can come in for fittings, collections, or to place an order in person.

2.When is the quietest time to visit?  We have a quite hour on Wednesday mornings 9am -10am where we turn down lights and reduce noise.

3. How do I find my school’s uniform?  You can search by school name on our website. Each school has its own dedicated page with all approved uniform items.

4.How long does an order take?  Please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be processed.

5. Can you check stock?  During our peak season, stock checks aren’t available. We appreciate your understanding and are doing our best to keep everything well stocked and up to date.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?  Yes, unworn items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 28 days. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
